Participation in the World Bachata Festival, and World Salsita Festival, includes but not limited to dance classes, workshops, social dance events, and performances, and is undertaken at your own risk. While we strive to ensure a safe environment for all participants, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the festival.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities such as dance. We strongly recommend that you consult with a medical professional if you have any health concerns or conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely.

All participants are expected to follow the event guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers and instructors. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.

Maunga Events Pty Ltd, its sponsors, and partners are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
