Parks are only reserved Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, on a weekly or monthly basis.

OCCASIONAL SERVICES

St Columbs donation system is well below commercial rates in the area and, in turn, we occasionally require the use of our car parks for weddings or funerals on weekdays. Though this happens only a few times a year we will undertake to give you notice that the car park will not be available at least two days in advance.

RISK AND LIABILITY

Car parking is prohibited on grassed areas or on pedestrian pathways. By entering our car park, the vehicle owner/driver acknowledges that these conditions of car park use apply:



The vehicle and its occupants enter and use the car park entirely at the risk of the owner/driver; and St Columbs Hawthorn shall not be liable to any person , including the owner/driver, for any loss or damage to any person or property however caused;
The owner/driver in connection with the use of the car park indemnifies St Columbs Hawthorn for any loss or damage suffered by using the car park
Unregistered and abandoned vehicles left in the car parks will be reported to the Police and removed from the car park.
Unforseen Circumstances

While St Columbs Hawthorn will endeavour to make the car park available, we will not be liable for losses arising from unforseen circumstances that temporarily make the car parks unavailable for use.
