Eligibility - Tickets for the Grade 6 Graduation Party are available only to current Grade 6 students of St. Peter’s and their parents/guardians. Siblings of graduating students are not permitted to purchase tickets or attend the event.
Ticket Purchase - Each graduating student must purchase a valid ticket to attend the event. Each parent must purchase a valid ticket to attend the event. Tickets must be purchased before the stated closing date of 30th April 2026.
Non-Transferable Tickets - Tickets are issued for the named student and parents only and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged without approval from the event organisers.
Refund Policy - Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers.
Supervision - The event will be supervised by the parents/guardians in attendance. Each attending student must be accompanied to the Graduation Party by at least one parent.
Transport - Optional transport (limousines or party buses) will be provided for students to travel together from school to Archie Brothers, arriving at 6pm, with adult supervision. Participation is not required—families can arrange their own transport if they prefer. To use the organised transport, parents/guardians must buy a ticket via TryBooking.
The transport will only go ahead if enough tickets are sold to cover costs. If not, enough funds are raised, the transport will be cancelled and payments refunded. More details (e.g., departure times and supervision) will be shared closer to the event.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies - Parents must inform the organisers of any food allergies or dietary requirements for both students and themselves when purchasing tickets.
Photography - Photos or videos may be taken during the event (If a parent/guardian does not consent, they must notify organisers in writing before the event).
Event Changes - The organisers reserve the right to change event details (such as schedule, activities, or venue) if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
Agreement to Terms - By purchasing a ticket, students and their parents/guardians agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
