1. Mosman Youth Centre operates as a drop-in space. Young people are free to come and go throughout the session. Mosman Council is not responsible once a young person has left the centre, event or a supervised excursion.
2. We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, however, due to the shared environment and varied ingredients, we cannot guarantee that all needs can be fully met.
3. Any excursions are fully supervised by staff and participants are required to meet staff at the Mosman Youth Centre at the nominated start time. By registering, parents/carers are confirming permission for their young person to attend and participate.
4. Can’t make it? If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by email or phone so we can offer your place to another young person.
5. By registering for our programs, you are confirming you understand the potential risk of participation in these events and hereby indemnify Mosman Municipal Council, its Staff, Officers and Agents and keep them indemnified against all claims, demands, actions and liabilities of any kind, without exception in the course of my child/ward participating.
6. Respectful and safe behaviour is expected. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program
