Trade Stand Terms & Conditions
By booking a trade stand at the SA State Jumping Championships 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be completed via TryBooking to secure your trade stand space. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations received on or before 17 April 2026 are eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 17 April 2026.
3. Bump In
Trade stand holders may access the grounds for setup from 2:00pm on Wednesday 23 April 2026.
4. Bump Out
Pack down and removal of all trade stand equipment must occur after the event closes on Sunday 26 April 2026. Early pack-down during event hours is not permitted unless approved by event organisers.
5. Site Condition
Trade stand holders are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of their allocated area. All stands must be left in the same condition as found, with all rubbish and materials removed at the conclusion of the event.
6. General
Event organisers reserve the right to make changes to trade stand locations or event operations if required for safety or operational reasons.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
