Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
1. Payment of $30 secures a single place for the event on Friday 17 April at MTO Mark Taylor Oval. 2. Places are limited to 20players and allocated on a first paid, first served basis.
Cancellations and Refunds
3. If Hornsby Junior Rugby cancels the event due to extreme weather, unsafe field conditions or venue closure a full refund will be issued.
4. If the event is postponed to another date, paid bookings will be transferred to the new date. If a parent cannot attend the new date a full refund will be offered.
5. Refund requests from parents more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund less any transaction fees. Refund requests within 14 days of the event will be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to an administration fee.
Health and Safety
6. By registering you confirm your child is fit to participate and you have disclosed any medical conditions. 7. Headgear and mouthguard are mandatory for tackle participation. 8. Coaches may remove a child from contact activities if safety or behaviour concerns arise.
Liability
9. Hornsby Junior Rugby and event staff will take reasonable care to ensure a safe environment. Parents accept that participation in sport carries inherent risk and agree not to hold the club liable for minor injuries.
Privacy
10. Personal information collected at registration will be used only for event administration and emergency contact.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
