ENTRY:
Please present your valid ticket for entry on the day.
Members and Concession ticket holders may be asked for verification of their status on entry.

FREE PARKING:
Enter via Queens Road (off Shannon Avenue) for Free Parking in the grounds of St Joseph's College. There is also parking in the streets around the venue - Please do not park over driveways and please be considerate of our neighbours.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Le Festival Français is an all weather event and will, in the case of inclement weather, continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so (in consultation with insurance requirements, and/or weather warnings and/or the National Trust who own the venue). However if advised it is no longer safe to do so, Le Festival Français will cease activity with limited warning. Tickets purchased on a day where the event is cancelled due to a major force, extreme weather or other, cannot be refunded.

OUTSIDE FOOD / BEVERAGES
Food or beverages from external sources is not permitted on the premises. Any onsite liquor purchases will only be permitted by persons aged 18 and over, and Proof of Age ID provided on request.

PRESENTATION SESSIONS / MASTERCLASSES:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked session. Late arrivals cannot be admitted out of respect for our presenters.

REFUNDS & TICKET TRANSFERS:
All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded due to an inability to attend. If you cannot attend or no longer wish to use your ticket, you are welcome to give it to someone else. Tickets are fully transferable to friends, family or other parties.

THE ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY:
Le Festival Francais is committed to the environment and sustainability and encourages the reuse, reduction and recycling of all packaging. In line with this commitment please consider bringing you own carry bags for purchases. Some eco-friendly options will be available onsite for purchase.

YOUR DONATION TO THE HEIGHTS - NATIONAL TRUST
A portion of this ticket's purchase price is donated to The Heights Heritage House and Garden for restoration projects and improvements. The Heights is owned and maintained by The National Trust (Victoria) and does not receive Government funding. Maintenance and improvement works are made possible through donations and are primarily carried out by tireless volunteers.
