* To maintain a stable learning environment with minimum class disruptions, we are unable to offer make up classes, refunds or discounts for missed classes UNLESS they are missed due to a medical reason and proof is provided or they have to be cancelled by us due to school or our operational issues such as Staff shortages, curriculum days, public holidays, government directions etc.
* A position in a class in not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
* Term fees are to be paid in advance and One term minimum registration policy applies.
* Refund will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
*$24.95 admin fee applies to all voluntary booking cancellations.
* All prices inclusive of GST.
* We are not a qualified child care but an after school club. We will take an attendance and endeavour to inform in-notified absences to the school. We are not responsible if your child decides to forget, reach late or skip the session.
