Conditions
1. The same Extra Activities may not necessarily be offered in later years in the Prep School.
2. You will be contacted only if your son is placed on a waiting list.
3. For subjects where classes are offered on more than one day, boys have to attend the same class ALL term (i.e. as originally enrolled). It is not possible to switch days for the reason that another commitment occurs during the semester.
4. Boys must have the required equipment to participate.
5. The rules for behaviour in Extra Activities are the same as those during school time. Boys who fail to observe the rules will forfeit their place, and no refund of fees for the remainder of the semester will be made.
6. Boys must use the toilets and have their afternoon snack and drink before the commencement of the sessions. Breaks will not be taken during extra activities sessions.
7. Fees cover eight (8) weekly lessons per term.
8. Written notice must be given if your son is to be withdrawn from an activity. Fees to the remainder of the current term will apply.
9. Extra Activities classes start in week 3 of Term 1 and week 1 of each other term. Classes end the last week of each term.
10. The minimum viable number for each course must be met before the course can commence.
