The Marble Bar Race Club do NOT provide refunds unless the event has been cancelled. Tickets are transferable and patrons are required to reallocate ownership at first available opportunity.

Take note the Marble Bar Race Club has a zero tolerance for antisocial behavior, if you play silly games our security will award silly prizes and eject you from the venue.

Specific reasons where refunds will not be provided:

The Original Undies Run, Rules and Regulations. Please follow the instructions of race officials' guidance.

What does it cost to enter the race ? - Absolutely NOTHING

Undies Race - open to Adults 18 and over ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Prizes are:
1st Male to cross the line wins an Akubra hat voucher to the value of $300
1st Female to cross the line wins an Akubra hat voucher to the value of $300

Marble Bar Race Clubs wants everyone to have a fabulous experience, by purchasing a ticket and entering the track for the day you are agreeing to all rules and regulations set by the committee for the day.

• No Bad, Violent or abusive behaviour or language will be tolerated, towards any other runner. Misbehaviour deemed inappropriate by race organisers you will be immediately ejected from the race and grounds.
• Your safety is your responsibility.
• Drinks soft or hard are not permitted on the track, this is not a licenced area.
• Drinks on track = Disqualified.
• Race at your own risk - Marble Bar Race Club and officials will not hold any liability and financial responsibility for accidental injuries whilst you are freely participating in the Undie Run.

DEFINITIONS
The following words or phrases have the meaning shown below:

We/Us/Our – The Marble Bar Race Club
Attend – participate in, take part in, use, or be present at.
Booking – The pre-planned and pre-booked service(s)/event(s)/flight(s)/ticket(s) transacted with Us by You.
Event Staff – Security, bar managers, bar staff, vendors or other Event Staff
Emergency Services – Police, Fire and Rescue Service or other Emergency Services.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
