Registration Confirmation
Event registration is confirmed only upon successful completion of booking and receipt of payment (if applicable). A confirmation email will be issued via the booking platform.

Eligibility of Tickets
Tickets purchased under specific categories (e.g., Member, Student Member, or Non-Member) must match the registrant’s eligibility status. The organisers reserve the right to review registrations and request verification where required.

Membership Verification
Registrants selecting the CA Sri Lanka Member ticket category may be required to provide a valid CA Sri Lanka (CASL) Membership Number. Registrations without valid membership details may be reviewed and adjusted if necessary.

Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, date, or delivery format (including switching between in-person and virtual formats) if circumstances require.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided at the discretion of the organisers and subject to notice being received prior to the event. Administrative or booking platform fees may be non-refundable.

Photography and Recording
Photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and reporting purposes. By registering, participants consent to the use of such media unless they notify the organisers in advance.

Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Liability
The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
