Due to venue capacity, ALL children and adults attending MUST have a ticket (this includes younger siblings, extended family, family friends, etc.)

If you have an infant under 12 months accompanying you and your older child/ren, they are exempt from needing a ticket - but please note we may not be able to physically fit multiple highchairs in this space. We also cannot accommodate prams or capsules in this venue, but there will be space for these to be parked outside undercover.

Please have at least one adult who will supervise each child/children at all times during the event.

This event will be photographed / filmed by the StoryBook Magic team. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that we may use content from this event on StoryBook Magic's and True Brew's social media and in future marketing. Please inform our team if you do not wish to be featured online on the day.

If you do not wish for photos of your children to be online, please advise the team upon arrival and we will give your child/children a sticker to wear on their shirt. This will inform our team when sorting through photos and videos not to publish content that shows these specific children.

This event is held at True Brew cafe, and there is strictly no BYO. Other food options are available to purchase for both children and adults if you're wanting something beyond the drink and pastry included in your ticket.
