1. Participation & Health Responsibility

By participating in this Mat Pilates session, you confirm that you are physically capable of undertaking light to moderate exercise. You acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, or health complications.

You agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participating if you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your ability to exercise.

2. Exercise at Your Own Risk

All participants take part in the event voluntarily and **at their own risk**. You agree to listen to your body, modify movements where necessary, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms.

3. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organiser, instructor, venue, and any associated staff or affiliates will **not be held liable** for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or personal property loss that may occur before, during, or after the event.

By attending, you agree to **release and hold harmless the instructor and event organisers from any claims, demands, or causes of action** arising from participation in the event.

4. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they bring any necessary equipment (unless otherwise specified), wear appropriate clothing, and exercise in a safe manner during the session.

5. Event Changes

The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, instructor, or format if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Photography & Media

Photography or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in social media or marketing materials unless you advise the organiser otherwise prior to the event.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
