WDNA have a number of policies in relation to our representative teams which are available on our website at http://www.wdna.com.au/competition/bylaws-policies-forms/

These include:
• Representative team selection
• Representative player attendance
• Representative teams new player acceptance (during season)
• Representative player movement
• Representative player return to play
• Representative player award & recognition


PLAYER FEES:

Registration fees are due prior to the start of each season and must be paid by the due date using the designation WDNA payment method. Cash will not be accepted.
If the payment in full is not received by the due date, the player will not able to participate in training or tournaments.

Refunds
If a playing position is accepted and the player withdraws before acceptance close date:
• No playing fees are payable and a full refund will be given
• If any uniform has been purchased and returned in the same condition as it was received, a full refund will be given.
If a playing position is accepted and the player withdraws after the acceptance close date:
• No refund is payable, however:
o if the player withdrawing is replaced by another player, fees will be payable by each player on a pro-rata basis.
o the first player accepting the position (and then withdrawing) will be refunded any fees over paid within 30 days of the new player being accepted into the team the player has withdrawn from
o the second player (replacing the withdrawn player) will be invoiced the pro-rata fees amount
o between both players, fees equivalent to one player must be received.
• If any uniform has been purchased, has not been worn and returned in the same condition as it was received a full refund will be given.
• Any second had uniform may be purchased back by WDNA depending on the condition and the need. The price paid will be at the discretion of the WDNA.

Family Discounts
No discounts will be offered regardless of the number of playing siblings in a single family unit.

Genuine Hardship
The WDNA acknowledges that some families experiencing genuine hardship from time to time. In these cases, the WDNA must receive a notification for assistance prior to the payment due date to wdnarep@gmail.com. The matter will be dealt with confidentially.
The WDNA will agree a payment plan with the family. If payments are not made by the agreed due date, the WDNA at its absolute discretion can:
• Suspend the player from training sessions or games until the outstanding amount is settled
• Renegotiate the payment plan.
Reduce the Registration Fee payable on the approval of the RTSC.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
