1. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticketing
A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are non‑refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Transfers may be permitted up to 14 days before the event. While this ticketing policy applies in all standard situations, the event organisers reserve the right to make exceptions in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Eligibility for Discounts
Early Bird and Member rates apply only to current financial members of Equestrian Australia, Pony Club Australia, or Riding for the Disabled Australia. Proof may be requested.

4. Program Changes
Speakers, sessions, schedules and venue arrangements may change at the organiser’s discretion.

5. Behaviour & Safety
Attendees must follow all safety directions and venue rules. The organiser may refuse entry or remove attendees for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed or filmed by CANTER CON. Attendance implies consent for images to be used in event promotion unless you notify the organiser in advance.

7. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage except where required by law.

8. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for event administration unless you opt‑in to communications.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
