Event Participation Terms and Conditions
By registering for or attending this event, you agree to the following:
Contact Sharing
Your name, organisation and contact details (email and/or phone number) may be included in the "Who is in the Room" attendee list shared with event attendees and connections of the i3net network to support networking. Via print or via digital means.
Opt-Out
If you do not wish for your details to be shared, please notify the event organisers prior to the event.
Photography and Media
Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to these images being used by i3net or media organisations for promotional and communication purposes. If you have concerns, please advise event staff.
Professional Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, sponsors and venue staff. i3net reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
Health and Safety
Attendees must follow reasonable directions from event organisers and venue staff relating to safety and event operations.
Catering and Dietary Requirements
Attendees are responsible for advising any dietary requirements during registration. While venues will endeavour to accommodate dietary requests, i3net cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be fully met.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend, refund requests may be made up to 7 days prior to the event date. Refunds cannot be issued within 7 days of the event, as catering and venue commitments will have been finalised.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance (no-shows). If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague from the same organisation by notifying the organisers prior to the event.
Event Changes
i3net reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue arrangements or schedule if required. In the unlikely event the event is cancelled, registered attendees will be notified and offered a refund or ticket transfer.
Speaker Content
Views and opinions expressed by speakers or presenters are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of i3net.
Liability
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, i3net is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property occurring at the event venue.
Privacy
Personal information provided during registration will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and used for event administration and networking purposes within the i3net community.
