- Doors open at 3:30pm.
- Only children aged 2-year-old and under can sit on parent's or guardian's lap.
- Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the venue's auditorium unless there is a suitable break in the performance.
- Food and drink are strictly prohibited inside the concert hall.
- Cameras and other recording devices are prohibited in the venue's auditorium. Mobile phones, pagers and so forth must be turned off before entry into the venue's auditorium.
- To ensure the enjoyment of all patrons, please remain seated and silent during performances and only applaud after each performance.
