1. Booking & Payment
• Bookings are required in advance to secure a place.
• Payment confirms attendance and must be completed before the workshop begins.

2. Age Groups & Suitability
• Each workshop is designed for specific age ranges. Please check details before booking to ensure suitability.
• Activities are tailored to the developmental stage of the group.

3. Supervision & Safety
• Qualified facilitators will guide all activities with care.
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact details.
• Children are expected to follow instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

4. Health & Wellbeing
• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at the time of booking.
• Parents/Carers are responsible for advising us of dietary needs.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but bookings may be transferred to another child (within the appropriate age group).
• If we cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.

6. Behaviour & Participation
• Workshops are inclusive and positive spaces. Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants.
• We reserve the right to remove any child if behaviour compromises safety or wellbeing.

7. Personal Belongings
• Children may create and take home items from the workshop.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

8. Photography & Media
• Photos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
• Please notify us in writing if you do not consent to your child being photographed.
