• Must be 18 years or older
• Ticket holders will be given a wrist band which must be worn at all times. The wrist band will be used to gain entry into the event area.
• The event area will open from 11:15am and service to run from 11:30am- 4:30pm
• The event area is elevated and requires stair access. Please note patrons must be able to walk up the stairs to gain access. This area is not suitable for patrons who may be in a wheelchair or struggling walking up and or down stairs.
• The event area will be monitored by security, any behaviour deemed unsatisfactory will result in the perpetrator being removed from the area.
• Ticket holders will follow Broadbeach Bowls Club's responsible alcohol service practice, staff reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, underage, or displaying disorderly behaviour. No refund will be applied to a person who is refused service due to intoxication or displaying disorderly behaviour.
• Refund of tickets will be offered up until 12pm Monday, June 1. Any withdrawals after this time, will not receive a refund.
• If the finals day does not commence (no matches played) due to extreme weather, all tickets will be refunded.
