By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
This ticket is sold of provided (including any resale or subsequent assignment) on the express condition that the holder is bound by the rules and regulations issued by the event organiser.
- All tickets are priced in Australia dollars, inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to charge booking fees & credit card surcharges.
- Your electronic ticket is your ticket to the event and must be presented at the event to gain entry. Your ticket will be emailed to the email address specified during booking as a PDF attachment once your card has been successfully charged.
- All tickets incur a booking fee, and card merchant fee payable by the ticket holder at the time of reserving your ticket.
- Directions of USC Barbarians Rugby Club Committee & Club Mooloolaba Staff - you must follow the reasonable directions of the staff and comply with law during the event.
- You must have a proof of age photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol within the event site.
- U18s are permitted entry to the event, but must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian and must be a current registered member of the USC Barbarians Rugby Club.
- We reserve the right to evict any underage person (or persons unable to provide proof of age) if found trying to purchase or consume alcohol.
- We reserve the right to evict any person supplying alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- As the USC Barbarians Rugby Club is a not for profit entity, it does not provide refunds on tickets or service fees.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

- To purchase your ticket, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, date of birth, payment details, telephone numbers and names of all ticket allocations. Our club constitution outlines who we will handle your personal information.
