Monash City Council (“Council”) collects personal information via this form to provide you with the service you are seeking and/or to fulfill its statutory responsibilities, and for related purposes which you may reasonably expect. Council will not release or provide your personal information to any other person or body, unless (a) it has been authorised to do so by you, or (b) it is permitted or required to do so by law, or (c) it is appropriate or required in the performance of the functions of Council. If you do not supply the requested information, we may not be able to provide you with the service and/or fulfill our statutory responsibilities. Cancellation and Refund Policy
To receive a refund for a PALS event that incurs a cost, you are required to give five days cancellation notice to allow us to fill the place. Monash Council reserves the right to charge for a booking if cancelled in the 24 hours before an event. If you cancel due to an emergency (e.g. sudden illness, admission to hospital) the booking fee may be waived. All cancellations will be charged a $0.50 Trybooking administration fee.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
