Refunds, Exchanges and Replacement Tickets

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection details. Club Italia Sporting Club does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket (including where a ticket does not arrive via email) unless (a) Club Italia can identify the actual seat corresponding to the ticket for the event, or in the case of a general admission ticket, Club Italia is able to identify (acting reasonably) and cancel the relevant ticket , and (b) you give Club Italia a reasonable amount of notice ahead of the event that the ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, in which case Club Italia will issue a preplacement ticket to you for a reasonable administration fee.
Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the Australian Consumer law), if an event takes place, then generally there is no right to refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions or due to a change in ticket holder’s circumstances.

COVID-19 Terms and Conditions.

You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you or a member of your booking party falls into any of these categories:
a. You or they are required to self-isolate or quarantine due to applicable public health orders and the event falls within the isolation/quarantine period.
b. You or they have COVID-19 symptoms, have been tested for COVID-19 and/or are awaiting test results (and the event falls within the period of awaiting test results). The symptoms of COVID-19 include - fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose or loss of sense of smell.

Dietary Requirements

The following dietary requirements will only be catered for: Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Lactose Free.
All allergies will be taken into account at the time of the purchase of ticket. Allergies at the time of the delivery of meal will be considered, where feasible replaced however cannot be guaranteed to be free of containments. An additional fee of $10 maybe charged.

All endeavours will be made for the show to begin on time. No refunds will be administered if the show is running late by a reasonable amount of time.
