Terms & Conditions – Come & Try Clay Target Shooting

Safety First:
All participants must follow the instructions of Club officials at all times. Unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the range without refund.

Age Requirement:
Minimum age to participate is 11 years. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Photo ID Required:
All participants must present valid photo ID upon arrival (student/Medicare card accepted for under 18s).

Footwear:
Enclosed footwear is mandatory. No sandals, thongs, heels, or bare feet allowed on the range.

No Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person or rebooked for a future session with 48 hours prior notice. After this time bookings will be forfeited.

Weather:
The event will proceed in most weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather or safety concerns, the Club reserves the right to reschedule.

Licensing & Forms:
Unlicensed participants must complete an Unlicensed Shooter Declaration form before participating. Licensed shooters must present their firearms licence and sign the Range Register.

Right to Refuse:
The Toowoomba Clay Target Club reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person who is intoxicated, disruptive, fails to comply with club rules, or for any other reason at the Range Officer's or Club's discretion.
