Term and Conditions about Refund Request

1. Cancellation with full amount refund will be processed upon request raised 3 weeks prior to the start date of first session.
2. Then all payments for the booking are non-refundable unless some sessions are cancelled due to the organiser’s reason.
3. Refunds are not provided for student absences due to occasional illness or other reasons.
4. In the event of an unforeseen medical situation that causes long term absences, a refund request will be considered upon receipt of valid supporting documentation.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
