Terms and Conditions of Participation

By purchasing tickets and registering your child for the Cricket Appeal Holiday Clinic, you are agreeing to the following:

Consent:
I consent to my child’s attendance and participation in the Cricket Appeal Holiday Clinic, operated by Cricket Appeal.

Risk Warning & Limitation of Liability:
I acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks of personal injury. My child participates at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, I agree that Cricket Appeal is not liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury, arising from participation in the clinic.

Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency where I cannot be reached, I authorise Cricket Appeal staff to arrange any necessary medical or surgical treatment for my child.

Medical Conditions and Allergies:
I confirm that my child has no known allergies or medical conditions other than those declared during registration. I am unaware of any medical condition that would prevent my child from safely participating in the clinic.

Weather Policy:
Clinics proceed rain, hail, or shine. In the event of adverse weather, children will be moved to undercover areas.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Publicity Release:
Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the clinic. Cricket Appeal reserves the right to use this media for promotional purposes, including publications, social media, and advertising.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
