The Elevate Paediatrics Breakthrough Seminar — Terms & Conditions (2026)
By registering for and attending the Elevate Paediatrics Breakthrough Seminar organised by Elevate Paediatrics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
This seminar is designed for registered chiropractors, chiropractic students, and relevant clinic team members (including CAs and practice staff).
Proof of registration, enrolment, or role may be requested. Elevate Paediatrics reserves the right to refuse admission if eligibility criteria are not met.
2. Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place at the seminar. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
3. Attendance
Attendees are responsible for attending the seminar at the specified location, dates, and times. Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or transfer unless otherwise approved.
4. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Elevate Paediatrics at least 14 days prior to the seminar start date.
Approved refunds will incur a 10% administration fee.
Refund requests received within 14 days of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Event Cancellation or Changes
In the unlikely event that Elevate Paediatrics cancels or reschedules the seminar, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
Elevate Paediatrics is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (including travel or accommodation).
6. Ticket Transfers (Substitutions)
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the seminar.
All substitution requests must include the new attendee’s full name and contact details.
7. Intellectual Property
All seminar content, including presentations, materials, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Elevate Paediatrics.
These materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
8. Educational & Clinical Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information presented. However, Elevate Paediatrics and its presenters make no guarantees regarding outcomes and accept no responsibility for errors, omissions, or any consequences arising from the application of this information.
It is the responsibility of each practitioner to apply their own clinical judgment, experience, and knowledge when caring for patients.
This seminar is intended to educate and support chiropractors in paediatric care and clinical practice. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that any communication, marketing, or claims made in practice comply with current AHPRA guidelines and regulations.

9. Media Consent
By attending the seminar, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for educational and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the Elevate team in writing prior to the event.
