In agreeing to participate in Pandamonium Parkour Adults Games Night, I agree as follows:
Associated Risks and Responsibility
I fully understand and acknowledge that my participation in Pandamonium Parkour Games and Open Gym training may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability. I understand that this event is not a class, and I am therefore responsible for guiding my own training in a way that is safe, responsible and respectful to myself and all others in the facility.
By my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Pandamonium Parkour PTY LTD and all its members from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of participation in this activity. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future.
Pre-existing Medical Conditions and Injuries
I understand that I am responsible for informing the organisers of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate in Games and Open Gym.
Photography
I understand that this event may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded for promotional or safety purposes. If I do not wish to be filmed, photographed or recorded, I will alert a staff member.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY SIGNING IT AGREE.
