Tanya Pearson Academy Workshop Terms and Conditions
1. Liability and Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that Tanya Pearson Academy (TPA) disclaims all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage, or claims arising from my child’s participation in TPA workshops, including any claims related to personal injury or the use and publication of photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
2. Payment Requirement
I agree to complete full payment before my child’s attendance at the TPA workshop. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card through Trybooking.
3. Refund Policy
I understand that all payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to a documented medical reason.
4. Admission and Behavior
TPA reserves the right to refuse admission to any child who exhibits disruptive or harmful behavior. Bullying, inappropriate language, or behavior that threatens the safety and well-being of others may result in immediate removal from the workshop without a refund.
5. Privacy and Personal Information
I understand that my personal information will be managed in compliance with current privacy legislation. TPA does not store credit card information.
6. Consent for Media Use
I consent to TPA capturing photographs, videos, and other recordings of my child for promotional purposes related to TPA workshops. If I do not wish my child to be photographed or recorded, I will notify TPA in writing at management@tanyapearsonacademy.com.au.
7. Timetable and Studio Adjustments
TPA reserves the right to adjust the timetable and studio assignments as necessary based on class sizes and student needs.
8. Group Placement
I understand that TPA may place children in age groups they determine appropriate for their level, and that it may not always be possible for children to be grouped with friends.
9. Pick-Up Time
I agree to pick up my child from TPA studios no later than 3:30 pm.
10. Feedback and Assessments
I understand that teachers will not provide formal feedback or assessments at the end of the workshop. Students will not be assessed for TPA’s Part-Time or Full-Time programs unless this is requested in advance with a completed Audition or Assessment Form.
11. Inclusivity Statement
The TPA workshop is open to all students, regardless of school affiliation, and aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment.
