No refunds will be given for changes or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of event organisers (e.g. unsuitable weather) No refund or exchange will be given on any ticket ( e.g. for change of mind) except as required by law.

- any person deemed to be intoxicated and/or disorderly
- any unauthorised persons
- any items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance (e.g. umbrellas, glass, banners or flags, drones, lasers)
The event organisers are not responsible for any damage to, or loss or theft of a patron's personal property.
