Perth Studio Potters (PSP)
Pottery Classes Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
Courses are conducted by professional practising artists in a studio setting over four terms a year. Each term runs for 8 weeks. The scope of activities offered is wide enough to appeal to students who are just beginning or to those with considerable experience.
Course fees include the use of PSP tools, equipment, glazes & firing of work (made in class only) at the discretion of the teacher, but do NOT include the cost of clay. Clay can be purchased at PSP and can be paid for by cash or card during class.
If you buy clay from elsewhere please make sure it is STONEWARE clay - EARTHENWARE clay is not allowed in our studio. Please show any clay that you have sourced from anywhere but our studio (in its original packaging) to your teacher before using it. Any damage to our kilns and equipment caused by use of earthenware clay will be billed to the person to whom the clay belongs.
NUMBERS PER CLASS ARE LIMITED TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF TUITION.
PSP Cancellations:
Courses with insufficient students may be cancelled by PSP up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of a course. In this case we make every effort to contact all students involved and you will receive a full refund of your fees. If you wish, and a place is available, you may freely transfer your enrolment to a different course within the same term.
Refunds:
Please choose your course carefully. The Club cannot accept responsibility for changes in your work or personal circumstances that prevent your attendance. We are unable to offer make-up classes should you miss a class.
A refund may be granted at the discretion of the PSP committee, less a $20 administration fee, should you have to unexpectedly cancel your enrolment.
General Information:
PSP reserves the right to alter the structure and timing of any course without warning.
PSP accepts no responsibility for student’s vehicles or personal property and cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury. Enrolment is conditional on the student’s adherence to PSP rules and regulations. Course fees are valid ONLY for consecutive sessions in their respective term.
