THIS IS YOUR ADMISSION TICKET. YOU WILL NEED IT TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE EVENT.

“REMEMBER LONG TAN” is a not-for-profit project undertaken by volunteers in aid of Queensland Air Museum Pty Ltd.

HEALTH & SAFETY: The organisers maintain compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and meet other regulatory obligations including the Liquor Service Code of Practice. It is a condition of the liquor licence for the venue that liquor cannot be brought into the event. Persons attempting to bring liquor into the event will be denied admission. Concealing BYO liquor at the event is a breach of the Queensland Liquor Act and heavy fines apply.

PATRONS attending need to take caution while at the venue and around the aircraft within the venue described as Hangar 2. Persons are not to venture outside of the Hangar 2 and must use the entry and exit path when arriving or departing the venue.

DIETARY NEEDS: Patrons must indicate any special dietary requirements at the time of the ticket purchase. Any late adjustments to dietary needs must be made by emailing events@qldair.museum by close of business Friday 31st July 2026.

TICKET REFUND POLICY: Patrons purchasing Veterans’ Concession Tickets may be required to show proof of Military Service upon entry. Please note, tickets are non-refundable from 14 days prior to the event. Should you wish to cancel your booking a refund will only be payable by giving notice by email to events@qldair.museum before close of business Friday 31st July 2026.
