Kids Playhouse – Class Terms & Conditions

By enrolling my child/children in Kids Playhouse drama and performing arts classes (“Kids Playhouse”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1) Liability & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Playhouse excludes all liability for any loss, damage, expense or claim arising from, or in any way connected with, my child/children attending Kids Playhouse classes, including (without limitation) claims relating to personal injury and the capture, use and publication of photographs and video recordings.
I release and forever discharge Kids Playhouse and its employees, contractors, officers and representatives from any and all liability, loss, damage or claim (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) connected with my child/children’s participation in Kids Playhouse classes.

2) Fees & Payment
I understand that term fees must be paid in full in advance, and I agree to submit full payment prior to my child commencing classes. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer.

3) Cancellations, Refunds & Missed Classes
I acknowledge that refunds are only available where at least 14 days’ notice of cancellation is provided (prior to the commencement of the term/program period, where applicable).
Once a program has commenced:
• There are no refunds or credits for missed classes (including due to illness or any other reason).
• Make-up classes are not available.
• If the school schedules an activity that conflicts with class dates and times (e.g. assemblies, excursions, school events or closures), there will be no make-up classes in lieu and no refunds offered.

4) Behaviour, Safety & Removal From Program
Kids Playhouse is committed to maintaining a safe, supportive environment. I understand and accept that Kids Playhouse reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a child from the program if their behaviour:
• poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others, or
• is persistently disruptive, or
• involves bullying, harassment or unacceptable language.
In these circumstances, removal from the program may occur without refund.

5) Privacy
I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored and managed in accordance with current privacy legislation. Kids Playhouse does not store credit card details.
6) Photos, Video & Recordings
I consent to Kids Playhouse (and its staff/representatives) taking photographs, video and/or digital recordings of my child/children during classes.
I also consent to Kids Playhouse using these images and recordings in any medium, including (but not limited to) social media, website content, brochures and marketing materials.

7) Changes to Timetable and Fees
Kids Playhouse reserves the right to change class timetables, venues, staffing and/or pricing where required.

8) Health & Infectious Conditions
Kids Playhouse reserves the right to refuse entry to any child displaying signs of an infectious illness or condition (including head lice/nits), or to request that a child be collected if symptoms present during class.

9) Pick-Up & Late Fees
I agree to collect my child on time from class. If I am late, I understand a late fee of $1 per minute may apply.

10) Free Trial Classes
We’re pleased to offer a free trial class for new students. If you choose to continue enrolment after the trial, the trial session(s) will be considered part of the current term. As such, the full term fees will apply and are not adjusted to exclude the trial period.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
