By registering for and attending The Shire Birth & Baby Showcase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well‑managed event for all attendees, exhibitors, and organisers.

1. Event Entry
The Shire Birth & Baby Showcase is a free community event, however registration is required for entry.

Due to venue capacity and safety requirements, attendees must arrive during the time slot selected at registration.

Entry outside your chosen time slot cannot be guaranteed.

All attendees must follow the directions of event staff and venue personnel at all times.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request that any person leave the event if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

2. Collection, Use & Disclosure of Personal Information

4. Health & Safety
Please do not attend if you or your children are unwell.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Prams are welcome, but please be mindful of walkways and stall access.

5. Liability
All exhibitors are independent businesses. The organiser is not responsible for the products, services, or advice provided by exhibitors.

The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.

6. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program, stallholder list, or venue layout without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified via the email address provided at registration.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
