By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

CANCELLATIONS

Minimum numbers must be reached for each course to run. If a course is not able to proceed, you will be given a full refund or offer of an alternative (if possible).

CLASS TIMES

Please be punctual so classes can start on time and ready to leave the class at the scheduled end time. The time before the class is preparation time for Ann-Maree to get the space ready for the class and it is expected that the space will be tidy at the end.

WORKSHOPS

The projects are set and while there is room for individuality if you have enrolled in a class expect to be making the project that has been assigned. All classes conducted at Manna Gum Community House will have some size guidelines so the work can be safely transported to the kiln.

MATERIALS

All materials will be supplied and firing is included unless otherwise specified.

REFUNDS

Please choose wisely as refunds are not given without one weeks notice expect in exceptional circumstances. But we can discuss transferring or other options if you are unable to attend just notify Ann-Maree, or email amusingclay@gmail.com

COLLECTION OF WORKS

Please note fired work will need to be collected at a later date. You will be notified by email and all work will then need to be collected within two weeks. Due to limited space work not collected will be disposed of unless Ann-Maree has been notified and other arrangements have been made.

FIRING WORK

Work will only be fired if it has been specified in the course description. Ann-Maree may on occasion have to let you know that some pieces cannot be fired.

GENERAL BEHAVIOUR

Students are required to act in a way that respects the rights of other people.

Ann-Maree is there to assist with your chosen activity. I want it to be a fun environment. A student whose behaviour is disruptive to the class or inappropriate towards others will not be tolerated.
