These terms may be updated periodically without notice.
All information provided during booking must be accurate and current. Providing false or incomplete information may result in refusal of entry or cancellation without refund.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment via the official AMA booking portal.
We have the right to forfeit your booking at any time.
Stalls are allocated at the discretion of AMA Markets. While requests will be considered, specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
Vendors must book under the correct category for their main offering. Mis-categorised bookings may be cancelled without refund.
Stallholders must provide all necessary equipment for their setup.
Stallholders must supply a PDF copy of their Public Liability Insurance. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to trade.
3. Fees, Refunds & Cancellations

If a stallholder cancels or fails to attend an event for any reason, all payments are forfeited.
If AMA Markets is forced to cancel or postpone a market or event due to weather, safety concerns, council direction, or any Act of God, no refunds will be issued.
In such cases, a credit voucher will be provided, valid for 12 months toward another AMA event or market.
If a market proceeds as planned and the stallholder chooses not to attend due to personal reasons or weather conditions, no refund or credit will be provided.
Any cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled event will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
If AMA agrees to refund you, all refunds are processed at the end of each month.
