Acro Workshop Terms & Conditions – AcroWithChlo

By enrolling in this workshop, participants (and/or their parent/guardian) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation & Eligibility
Participants must meet the stated prerequisites for their selected session. The instructor reserves the right to modify participation in certain activities if a student is deemed not yet physically prepared, for safety reasons.

2. Health & Safety
All participants acknowledge that acrobatics and tumbling involve physical activity with inherent risk. By attending, you confirm that the participant is medically fit to take part and free from any injury or condition that may be aggravated by participation. Any existing injuries must be disclosed prior to the workshop.

3. Assumption of Risk
Participation is undertaken at the individual’s own risk. AcroWithChlo and the instructor are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of the workshop, except where required by law.

4. Instructor Discretion
The instructor reserves the right to adjust class content, exercises, and groupings to suit participant ability levels and to ensure a safe learning environment at all times.

5. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full prior to the workshop to secure a place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend. In the case of injury or illness, credit may be offered at the instructor’s discretion with appropriate notice and documentation. If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or credit will be provided.

7. Extension Session Eligibility
Entry into the extension session is subject to meeting the required skill prerequisites. The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation in this session if safety requirements are not met.

8. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of this content unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.

9. Behaviour
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

10. Agreement
By enrolling in this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
