By applying for a ticket to the hey dee ho intergenerational session, I acknowledge and consent to the be bound by the requirements of the aged care facility where they are being held which will include but are not limited to:
1. Everyone must sign in on arrival

Please arrive approx 10 minutes prior to the event start time, so that you can allow for parking and signing in.

***Please note - if you cannot attend the event, please CANCEL YOUR FREE TICKET, so that those on the waiting list are able to attend.***
