Permission to Register
You confirm that you have permission to register all persons included in this booking and that attendance is voluntary.


Supervision of Minors
If your booking includes minors (under 18 years of age), you are responsible for supervising them at all times and ensuring their safety and behaviour.


Free Event and Donations
The event is free to attend. Donations may be offered but are entirely optional.


Photography, Video & Media Use
The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant Holy Spirit Missionaries permission to use images, audio, and video footage for teaching, ministry, promotional, and communication purposes.


Complimentary Food & Allergens
Any food provided is complimentary and may contain allergens. Holy Spirit Missionaries cannot cater for dietary requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone in your booking with allergies or dietary restrictions brings their own food and does not consume the complimentary food.


Use of Contact Information
The contact information provided in this booking may be used by Holy Spirit Missionaries to inform you about future events and ministry activities. You may request removal from communication at any time.
