Before proceeding with your registration, please read these Terms and Conditions. Please do not register tickets if you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions.

‘Event’ in these Terms and Conditions refers to the Mayor's Charity Gala event being held at Beenleigh Events Centre, on Saturday, 5 September 2026 and being organised by ‘Event Organisers’ City of Logan Charitable Trust (CoLCT).

TICKET PURCHASE AND ENTRY
1. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the event organisers or unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds may be issued only if requested on or before Friday 21 August 2026. Requests made after this period will not be honoured.
3. In the event of unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters, venue closures, public health emergencies, or other acts beyond the event organiser's control, tickets will remain non-refundable. The event organiser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but no guarantees are provided.
4. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.
5. Attendees may be asked to present photo ID matching the ticket purchaser’s name.
6. Tickets are only valid if purchased through Trybooking ticketing platform and are only valid for the day and time specified on the ticket.
7. If the ticket holders’ details change (i.e. postal address, key contact phone number), these must be communicated to Event Organisers prior to the event date.
8. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult whilst at the event.

EVENT CHANGES
9. The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, performers, or program.

DONATIONS AND FUNDRAISING
10. All net proceeds from ticket sales will go toward the City of Logan Charitable Trust.
11. Additional donations may be solicited and / or accepted during the event.

BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT
12. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
13. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to a ticket holder, or remove a ticket holder from the site, if they are affected by alcohol or drugs; act in contravention of any of these Terms and Conditions; engages in any activity deemed dangerous; or acts in a threatening or inappropriate manner. No refunds or compensation will be made should the ticket holder need to be removed from the event site for any reason above.
14. Protest paraphernalia and banners are not allowed in the event. The event organiser reserves the right to remove any person in possession of or displaying these items.
15. Possession, sale, or use of illegal drugs or illicit substances is strictly prohibited. Any persons found in possession of these substances will be removed from the site and subject to police action.

LIABILITY
16. Attendees participate in all event activities at their own risk.
17. Attendees attend the event at their own risk. The event organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
18. Attendees are responsible for any damages they may cause.

MEDIA PHOTOGRAPHY
19. All ticket holders’ consent to any official filming, photography and/or sound recording whilst attending the event and understand that this footage may be used for future promotional purposes.
20. By attending, ticket holders grant permission for their likeness to be used for promotion without compensation.
21. If attendees do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or have their image used for promotional purposes, they should inform the event photographer or a member of the event staff upon arrival.

PRIVACY AND DATA
22. By attending, ticket holders agree to be added to the City of Logan Charitable Trust database and consent to receive communications related to its initiatives, programs, and updates.
23. No data will be shared with third parties unless required by law.
