• Member tickets are strictly reserved for current financial members of INSIG Inc. Membership status will be verified prior to the event. Tickets purchased at the member rate where the attendee is not a current financial member may be cancelled.

• Tickets include the event inclusions as outlined in the event description, including a three-course meal and limited drinks.

• Attendees are responsible for advising any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate notified dietary needs, INSIG Inc and the venue cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met. Dietary requests received after the advertised deadline may not be able to be accommodated.

• Photography and/or videography may occur during the event for promotional, reporting and educational purposes. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed are asked to notify event organisers on arrival.

• INSIG Inc is committed to providing a respectful, safe and inclusive environment. Unacceptable, disruptive or disorderly behaviour may result in the attendee being asked to leave the event without refund.

• INSIG Inc reserves the right to make minor changes to the event program, speakers or schedule if required.

• Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. INSIG Inc accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

• By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.
