This event is a free online community meditation run by Nikki Narduzzo‑Nolan (Optimum Body Therapy). By registering, you agree to participate voluntarily.

This meditation is for general wellbeing and relaxation purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic care. Please seek appropriate support from a qualified health professional if required.

Qharmonix™ Frequency Therapy music is used as part of the session for general relaxation. Individual results may vary.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in a safe, comfortable environment during the meditation. Do not participate while driving or operating machinery.

By joining the session, you acknowledge that you are physically and emotionally able to take part in a guided meditation.

The session will be recorded. By registering, you consent to receiving the replay and understand that only the host will be visible or audible in the recording.

Internet connectivity and audio quality depend on your personal device and network. The organiser is not responsible for technical issues experienced by participants.

Registrations are limited. If you cannot attend live, you will still receive access to the replay.

All content, including music, guidance, and materials provided during the session, is the intellectual property of Optimum Body Therapy and Qharmonix™. It may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

The organiser reserves the right to update these terms, reschedule the event, or make changes if necessary. Participants will be notified of any updates.
