Terms and Conditions  −  MCC Junior Hockey Camp

In allowing your child to participate in the hockey program(s) (“the Program(s)”) run by the MCC Hockey Section Inc. (“the Club”) you acknowledge that there are inherent dangers associated with the Programs which may result in your child being injured. To the full extent permitted by law, you agree both on behalf of the child and in your own right to absolve and indemnify the Club from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage however caused arising out of your child’s participation in the Program. You agree both on behalf of your child and in your own right to release and forever discharge the Club from all claims that you or your child may have or may have had but for this release arising from your child’s participation in the Program. You authorise registered program Co-ordinators to arrange medical or hospital treatment (including without limitation, ambulance transport) if you are not available to do so and you indemnify the Club for all costs associated therewith.

Financial Hockey Victoria playing members and officials receive limited accident insurance. The Club strongly suggests players obtain private health cover, a Victorian Ambulance subscription (www.ambulance.vic.gov.au) and wear personal protective equipment including a mouth guard.

You acknowledge that personal information provided will be used in accordance with the objects and purposes of the Club in relation to the conduct of the Program(s) and for recruitment purposes. The Club collects and uses this information in accordance with its privacy policy as posted on www.mcchockey.org.au You agree that Hockey Australia and the Club retains the right to utilise images of you and your child's participation in the Program for the purposes of promoting Hockey Australia's national recruitment program and for the Club's recruitment and promotional purposes including in electronic and/or print media, without further notice, and acknowledge that the Club will endeavour to not identify children under the age of 18 without parental consent.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
