Private Sessions Terms and Conditions

By confirming your child’s enrolment, you agree to the following:

Term Commitment
Private sessions are booked on a term-by-term basis. Your child’s weekly time slot is reserved exclusively for them for the full term.

Payment
Fees are payable in advance to secure your child’s placement.

Cancellation and Attendance
Due to the nature of private sessions, your child’s session time is reserved exclusively for them each week. This allows for consistent progress and ensures the highest quality support. As such, refunds are not available for missed or cancelled sessions. If your child is unable to attend a session:
• An online session will be offered where possible, or
• If this is not suitable, activities and resources will be provided for your child to complete independently before the next session
Please note that, in general, missed sessions cannot be made up or rescheduled.
In the unlikely event that your Nurtured Learning needs to cancel a session, you will be given as much notice as possible, and a full refund will be provided for that session.

Health and Safety
You agree to provide relevant medical or behavioural information about your child. In the event of illness or injury, you consent to first aid or medical treatment if required.

Liability
All reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe environment. Participation in private sessions carries a small risk of minor injury, and Nurtured Learning is not liable except where required by law.

Should you wish to refer back to these Terms and Conditions after booking, you will find them included on your ticket.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
