As part of enrolment, all students and families must agree to the Forge Youth Theatre Code of Conduct. Please read it carefully before completing your booking. By finalising your enrolment, you acknowledge and accept these expectations.

Student Code of Conduct Agreement
At Forge Youth Theatre we want everyone to feel safe, respected and supported. By joining, I agree to follow these promises:

My Promises as a Student
I will be kind and respectful to everyone.
I will include others and not bully, tease, or leave people out.
I will listen carefully to my teachers and follow instructions.
I will keep myself and others safe by using equipment and space properly.
I will try my best in rehearsals and performances.
I will be on time and bring what I need to class.
I will look after costumes, props, and the space we use.
I will use positive words online and in person when talking about Forge Youth Theatre.
I will ask for help if I feel unsafe, worried, or unsure.
I will celebrate everyone’s ideas and achievements.

For Families and Guardians
I will support my child by helping them attend rehearsals and performances.
I will communicate respectfully with staff and other families.
I will use the correct channels (email or phone) for questions or concerns.
I will support the ensemble by encouraging my child to be prepared and respectful.
I will represent Forge Youth Theatre positively in the community and online.

Agreement
We understand that if these promises are not followed, the Forge Youth Theatre team may need to meet with us to talk about behaviour and, if needed, place limits on participation to keep everyone safe.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
