A full refund is available if cancellation occurs with at least 24 hours notice prior to the course start date.
No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

Make-up lessons are not offered.
Sessions are not recorded, and live attendance is encouraged.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable device to attend sessions. We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.
Course content is for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
If a session is cancelled by the facilitator, an alternative session time will be offered.
In the unlikely event that the course cannot proceed, a full refund will be provided.
