• Eligibility: You have to be a financial member of the club. Student Semester Social members are not eligible.

• Check In: Players are to report to the Tournament desk 15 minutes prior to scheduled match time. Late arrivals may incur a forfeit.

• Time of Play: Events will be scheduled from 12pm each day of play. Some flexibility with schedule times may be required due to court availability. 

• Format:
- Singles - Best of 3 tiebreak Sets. Knockout
- Doubles - One set, Round Robin.
No umpires will be provided. Tennis West rules will apply.

• Disclaimer: Events may be modified, combined or eliminated depending upon the number of participants at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
