By purchasing a ticket for this event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Contact & Event Organiser

2. Payment & Ticketing
This is a free event, tickets will be issued via email confirmation from TryBookings.
3. Entry & Attendance
- Tickets must be presented for entry. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or failure to comply with event policies.
- Attendees may be subject to ID checks and bag inspections upon request. Failure to comply with this request, may result in refusal of entry to the event and in those circumstances, no refund will be provided.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times; age restrictions may apply depending on event content.
4. Conduct & Safety
All participants are expected to behave respectfully to event staff and other attendees. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour may result in removal without refund.
No dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items may be brought into the venue.
5. Media & Photography
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used by Cloncurry Shire Council for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes.
6. Insurance, Risk & Liability
(a) Insurance
- Ticket fees do not include, and are not covered by, insurance. It is recommended that attendees obtain their own ticket, travel, medical, and any other insurance that may be required.
(b) Voluntary Assumption of Risk
- You acknowledge and agree that entry and attendance at the event is at your own risk.
- You understand that by attending the event you accept the risk of all damage and/or loss, including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss, howsoever arising at, or as a result of, the event (including by negligence). This incudes any damage and/or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other attendees, visitors, guests, performers, employees and/or agents of Council.
(c) Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Council is not liable to you, and accepts no liability, for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, expense or inconvenience or any other claim arising from your attendance or non-attendance at the event.
- Upon purchasing, obtaining and/or using tickets issued by or for Council for the event, you waive any and all claims you have or may have in the future against Council, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and insurers and you release, indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all liability of whatever nature in any way connected with or arising from your purchase, obtaining or use of those tickets.
7. Privacy
By purchasing a ticket for the event, you consent to the collection, use and handling of your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and Council’s Information Privacy Policy and will only be used for event and communication purposes.
8. Program Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify (including by adding, withdrawing, substituting or varying) the program, schedule, speakers, or venue without notice due to unforeseen circumstances or if considered necessary by Council. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded as a result of these modifications, unless required by law.
