By registering via the RSVP link, you acknowledge that photography may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to the University using images in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including display in future University publications and materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise the event organiser in advance or notify a staff member on the day of the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
