Cancellation Policy
We get it — plans change! We’ve tried to keep things as flexible and fair as possible while making sure we can run great programs for everyone.
If you need to cancel
- More than 7 days out: No problem — you’ll get a full refund.
- 4–7 days out: You’ll receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 4 days out: Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund at this stage.
Changing your booking
- Need to switch dates? You can transfer to another program (if there’s space) up to 3 days before. We’ll always try to help if we can — so please just reach out.
If your child is unwell or something unexpected comes up
- Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll look at these situations case-by-case and may offer a credit or partial refund where appropriate (a medical certificate may be required).
If we need to cancel
- If a program doesn’t go ahead (low numbers or anything else outside our control), you’ll get a full refund or the option to move to another program — whichever works best for you.
