REFUNDS
No refunds are available unless a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly re-located (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the re-scheduled or relocated event), or in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only permitted to another performance of the same event, subject to availability.
Any exchanges must be made at the original point of sale and will be subject to exchange fees.
Where an exchange is made to a less expensive ticket type or performance date, the price difference will not be refunded. Where an exchange is made to a ticket type or performance date of equal or greater value any additional cost plus the exchange fee must be paid at the time of the exchange.
Exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the performance time.
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
If, due to one or more of your group getting Covid and being unable to attend any MMF Hub show, you are able to cancel or reschedule your tickets at no charge up to 48 hours before showtime.
RECORDING AND SOCIAL MEIDA
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and audio recording may take place during the event. These recordings maybe used on social media platforms such as and not limited to instagram, facebook, tik tok for advertisement purposes
THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ENTRY OR REMOVE
Mason Fewster and the Melbourne Magic Festival have the right to remove audience members whom cause issues during the performance or will cause distraction from the show. This may occur before or during the performance.
IMITATION WARNING
Some performances in this show involve dangerous illusions, stunts or demonstrations carried out by trained professionals under controlled conditions. These acts should not be attempted by audience members or members of the public. This is made clear in show description.
By attending, patrons acknowledge the nature of the performance. To the extent permitted by law, neither the performer nor the Melbourne Magic Festival accepts liability for loss, injury, damage or extreme cases death arising from any person attempting to copy or recreate acts seen during the show.
SHOW PARTICIPATION
Selected audience members agree to follow all instructions as far as practicably reasonable. Spectators have the right to decline to be apart of a routine both in selection process or even while they are on stage. However, this must be stated clearly if they want out at any time during the show. Audience must not interfere with anything that could result in harm of themselves or the performer. legal action may take place in some extreme cases.
TRIGGER WARNINGS
Jump scare ending maybe deemed graphic for some viewers (Fake blood in the final routine of the spike roulette). Neither the performer nor the Melbourne Magic Festival accepts liability causing or triggering any mental health issues. While generally safe for healthy individuals, this can pose significant dangers to those with pre-existing heart conditions, including arrhythmia, hypertension, or recent heart attacks, potentially causing cardiac events, chest pain, or distress
